Hood College is a leading liberal arts college located in central Maryland that offers highly-regarded educational programs and degrees to those seeking to integrate professional studies with the arts. Hood wanted to update their website to speak as relevantly as possible to prospective students. That meant updating their landing page content and design - and that's where New North came in.

The Problem

Hood College was having trouble reaching a broad audience of prospective students. As a leading liberal arts program, they wanted to increase their brand recognition.

The Solution

New North worked with Hood College to update and optimize seven different landing pages. This involved aesthetic redesigns and updated messaging to make sure that each of the landing pages were optimized. The update ensured that the pages would be found by relevant searches, and would be helpful in the user experience by facilitating clear next steps through CTAs. Upon project conclusion, 68% of all website traffic was impacted by these seven pages.
