We strive to model “do unto others as you would have them do to you” in all we do. This is reflected in how we conduct our business and how we care for our employees and clients — our greatest assets.
This impacts why we work. We believe that the work we do is meaningful because it glorifies God; we also recognize that our work grants us a unique platform to share the Gospel. We strive to honor this by growing our company to serve other and share the good news of Christ’s love and sacrifice for sinners. “Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for human masters.” (Col 3:23)

Local Service
Habitat for Humanity
Habitat for Humanity is a nonprofit organization that helps families build and improve places to call home. We regularly partner with our Frederick branch to spend days onsite building and restoring homes for families in need.
Frederick Rescue Mission
The Frederick Rescue Mission is a Christ-centered ministry that provides programs for Frederick residents suffering from homelessness, hunger, addiction, and physical need. We regularly partner with the mission to help serve our community.
Need-Based Work
We engage in opportunities for service as God brings needs to our attention. Whether it’s offering our talents and skills in marketing for worthy causes, providing financial support, or taking time to serve, we seek to share the Gospel through action.
Global Impact
Compassion International
Compassion International works to release children from poverty in Jesus’ name through a holistic approach to child development. We support their work by sponsoring a child for each member of our team.
Gospel-Centered Initiatives
We believe in the life-changing power of the Gospel, and our heart is to share the good news with the nations. We do this by partnering with evangelistic organizations working around the world to reach people for Christ.
Need-Based Giving
We support evangelical initiatives as God leads us to. Whether it’s offering our talents and skills in marketing for worthy causes or providing support to unique, Christ-centered initiatives, we seek to help share the Gospel.
